The following comment was submitted to the Masters website, but they apparently chose not to accept it. Hmmm. "The ruling against Padraig Harrington has lowered my opinion re The Rules of Golf. He backed away from the ball, which should erase his previous "address." He was unfairly punished a stroke. Terribly unfair."
